Privacy policy

We process email, password hash, device ID, session metrics and IP with limited retention. We don't store game payload or full DNS history.

Consents are separate: terms, personal data, marketing, telemetry, ticket attachments. Export and deletion requests are available in your account. Data of Russian citizens is planned to be stored on infrastructure in Russia.

Cookies and local storage: necessary ones keep you logged in and remember language and your cookie choice; analytics ones are used only after consent in the banner. You can change the choice by clearing site data in your browser.

Support requests: the request text and, for guests, the phone or nickname you entered plus the consent time. Kept until the request is closed and for 1 year after, then deleted.
